A batch is approved for shipment only when all of the following conditions are met:
All dimensional measurements within the specified tolerance class
Radial internal clearance confirmed within the specified clearance group
Vibration and noise values within the accepted V/Z grade
Hardness values within HRC 60–66
Zero surface defects on visual inspection
Grease type and fill quantity verified (sealed/shielded types)
Cleanliness check passed
Material certifications and batch traceability documents complete
Final QC sign-off completed by a qualified inspector
If any single criterion is not met, the entire batch is placed on hold for root cause analysis and corrective action before re-inspection. We do not ship partial batches.
